Note:
February 8 (Sat.) 2025 will be a working day in Taiwan. Any deadlines for Taiwanese PATENT and TRADEMARK applications falling on the working day(s) will NOT be postponed.
January 26(Sun.) & February 8(Sat.), 2025 will be working days in China. Any deadlines for Chinese TRADEMARK applications falling on the working day(s) will NOT be postponed.
Our Office Closure:
Our office will be closed during the Taiwanese (TW) holidays and we will not resume normal business operation until February 3 (Monday), 2025. We would appreciate if all urgent cases and instructions are received no later than January 22(Wed.), 2025.
Further, please note that it is required to submit Chinese translation at the time of filing a CHINA patent application. We need at least five (5) working days to complete the translation. Therefore, if you have any application(s) due during the week of the long holidays, please provide the instruction letter(s) at least one week before the holidays.
